Reservations and Cancellations:

Your full name as it appears on your passport along with your birthdate is required when making a reservation. A deposit of $150.00 per person is due at the time of making a reservation. Final Payment is due into AAA by January 15, 2024. After January 15, 2024 deposit is non refundable. The group cannot drop below a minimum of 10 rooms, or the rates will increase, or the group may be cancelled.

 

Conference fee is different than hotel fees and will be paid directly on our website. The cost for our program is $199.00
